Refunds
We are so confident that you will love our product, that we offer a full money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, please reach out to us at support@tasteatlantic.com within 7 days of delivery detailing your issue. We will be happy to help.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
We do not offer refunds on:

Delayed shipments due to courier or customs issues beyond our control
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@tasteatlantic.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange for a free return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@tasteatlantic.com with your order number and concern.
