Creatine transformed my training - but it was nearly impossible to find a product that was clean, effective, and actually dosed right. Most were full of junk, or didn’t suit my diet. And as a woman growing up across Asia, I rarely saw people like me in the strength conversation.

Performance nutrition always felt like a closed club - technical, uninviting, and inaccessible. So I built the product I wish existed.

Growing up in Ireland, I was always surrounded by sport and adventure. When I moved to Hong Kong, I saw an opportunity to create a product which reflected this upbringing. Atlantic combines my love for sport, science and nutrition. We create supplements for people who do not want to compromise on taste, ethics or efficacy.
